A selection of environmental graphics projects I designed and art directed.
Nobel Prize Dedication Wall
Led the art direction and execution of this permanent installation honoring LLE’s Nobel Prize-winning physicists. Collaborated with my team to develop the concept, coordinate vendors, and oversee fabrication and installation, including a custom illuminated display case featuring a significant piece of LLE experimental history.
Facility Illustration Branding Wall
Digitally illustrated LLE’s two major laser systems from scratch over the course of a year, then designed the resulting large-scale environmental graphic for the facility entrance. Managed vendor sourcing and installation of the piece, which is now used regularly during laboratory tours and presentations to explain laser operations to visitors, including elected officials, dignitaries, and other guests. An additional framed section of the illustration featuring one of the laser systems is shown below, where it serves as a helpful visual aid during tours and important laboratory visits.
Innovation Timeline
Led the development and art direction of LLE’s Innovation Timeline, working with senior leadership to distill more than 100 scientific and technical accomplishments into a cohesive visual narrative. Directed the layout and supporting graphics to communicate each milestone clearly and accessibly across print and environmental formats. The project is being adapted into an animated digital experience for LLE’s signage system and will also appear as the center spread of the commemorative magazine and as large-scale displays for the laboratory’s 50th anniversary celebration.
Scientific Visualizations
Provided art direction for animated and video content used across immersive displays and scientific storytelling projects.
Designed and directed the installation of this custom branding wall, working closely with vendors to create a permanent backdrop for photography, events, and institutional media.

Hallway Timeline Installation
Lead and art direct the creation of LLE’s timeline hallway installation, a long-running environmental graphics project documenting key milestones in the laboratory’s history. Work collaboratively with my team each year to research, design, and produce new additions, including this specialty plaque commemorating the historic ignition achievement.
